Arrow "Vertigo" Review: This Episode Wobbled, But Didn't Fall Down

I appreciate the desire to create a big, brash nemesis for Oliver to square off against, and goodness knows I think the show could benefit from that, but I think the writers tried a little too hard to create a Joker-esque character in the Count.
