Justin Bieber pulled off a rare double last night, serving as both host and musical guest on "Saturday Night Live." It was also "SNL's" last show before Valentine's Day, not to mention Black History Month, so Bieber got in plugs for both of those events too. Was he any good? Watch the clips.
