Ted and Robin (info you might not want to know?)

Alright buuuuudies, just a quick question for debate.

Why is Robin going to be living with Ted on his 31'st birthday? If you recall, near the end of season 3 of the show, in the episode "The Goat" the goat chews on a washcloth of Robin's, and Ted says, "Wait, Robin wasn't living with me on my 30'th birthday...Oh, the goat was there on my 31'st birthday, my mistake." Inso-facto Robin lives with him agian...or does she? Open for debate as to if and why

Dude... You're only allowed to come across with that kind of attitude and words like "inso-facto" if you have an insight or propose some interesting theory (like the Ted bumping into that girl in "No Tomorrow", Stella's sister, or a Tracy, from "Belly Full of Turkey").
If they tell you something directly, like "Robin is living with Ted next year" then that's it. I have no beef with the discussion, because it's an interesting one, but don't try to portray it as some deeply buried hint that only you were able to pick up on.
Alright...gripe over! Hmm there's always a chance that Ted and Robin will get back together again...I mean the whole show started with them...the first two series had them on and off the entire time. We might be up for another Victoria-esque back-and-forth between them - with Robin taking Victoria's place and the Mother taking Robin's. Although this time there'd be Barney in the picture (some promo-clip I saw, although I can't remember where, had Neil Patrick Harris saying something along the lines of "This season, Barney might have a little thing for a certain Ms. Scherbatsky")

.....i was the guy that noticed Ted bumping into that girl in "No Tomorrow"....that's true..poor Barney though, he's my favorite character and his perception of life in general is about to be shattered when he realized how loving a girl will affect every aspect of it.

pretty sure we've covered this issue like 5 times...i wouldn't read into it too much. it won't make a difference in the long run anyway cuz robin is obviously 'aunt robin' so it's not a major deal. she probably just moves into marshall n lily's old room

With Lilly and Marshall moving into their own place Ted will need to find a new roommate to help pay for rent.

I was wondering if someone else would point out the fact that it's actually ipso facto - latin meaning by the very fact or act. Therefore would have been more appropriate.

to get back to the discussion...I don't think Robin and Ted will see any time as a couple any longer.I base this on a relational logic, if you live together, stuff is no longer "mine" or "hers", its "ours". If they were living together as a couple I doubt it would have been referred to as "Robin's towels". I'm more likely to believe the Ted and Barney roommates with a Barney & Robin twist, or even just a Robin moving in to be closer to the gang, no relationship between her and Ted though. The writers wouldn't do that to us again.
