Bones Season 8 Review “The Survivor in the Soap” – Many Secrets are Revealed

In this episode of Bones, called “The Survivor in the Soap,” the team comes across a body that holds a lot of secrets; not just about a murderer, but about the terrible life the man lived as a child. A few episodes back, I remember seeing someone comment on Twitter how they were getting tired of this show preaching to its audience and pushing agendas. It’s funny to me that I feel the exact opposite. Sure, perhaps some of the messages in some of the episodes have been “preachy,” but those messages have been important ones and I have no problem hearing them – especially when they are delivered with such great writing and by using this amazing cast. And believe me, if I thought it was getting to be too much, I’d have no problem saying it. In fact, I keep waiting for these types of stories to get annoying, and they just never do. READ MORE...
