The choice is yours, Psych-Os! Fans of Psych, the USA detective dramedy that remains witty, funny and fresh even after seven seasons, are invited to a live digital event to celebrate the 100th episode on Wednesday, March 27 at 10pm.
Titled "100 Clues," the series milestone pays homage to the 1985 cult classic "Clue," and offers viewers the chance to determine one of three alternate endings. They also kick up the awesomeness factor with a story line that finds fake psychic Shawn (James Roday) and his trusty sidekick Gus (Dulé Hill) accepting an invite to a dinner party at a Santa Barbara mansion, where they find themselves smack in the middle of a mini-reunion between original "Clue" stars Christopher Lloyd, Lesley Ann Warren and Martin Mull, who along with Steve Valentine and Garrett Morris play the possible culprits when a body turns up dead.
It’s Psych at its delightful best, mixing 80s nostalgia and pop-culture references (there’s even a funny cameo by Curt Smith of Tears for Fears fame) and cleverly sprinkling in some slapstick and sight gags with a good old-fashioned whodunit. Plus, added bonus, you get to cast the vote for the killer character!
