CMT Music Awards 2013 kicks off with Lenny Kravitz, Vince Vaughn and a star-studded therapy session

The 2013 CMT Music Awards kicked off with a little rock and roll and a bit of comedy. First to take the stage were co-host Jason Aldean and rocker Lenny Kravitz, as the duo powered through a performance of "American Woman." The song was originally performed by the Guess Who in 1969, but was covered by Kravitz in 1999.As the song ended, Aldean jumped into a hole on the stage, landing in a group therapy session led by co-host Kristen Bell. He was confronted by fellow country musicians Luke Bryan, Reba McEntire, Blake Shelton and Carrie Underwood, along with Vince Vaughn and Kelsey Grammer for some reason. As they all talked about the highs and lows of hosting an awards show, Dr. Drew Pinsky popped up eventually to help them work through their issues. Of course, he quickly realized there was no help he could offer, because none of them were teen moms or drug addicts....
