Watch Hans Zimmer Record 12 Drummers at Once for the MAN OF STEEL Score

Though the final film proved to be a bit divisive, one of the best things about Man of Steel is undoubtedly Hans Zimmer’s massive score. Just as with his previous scores, Zimmer thought outside the box with regards to the Man of Steel music, and one of the more interesting tactics he used in crafting the score was assembling a “who’s who” of some of the best drummers to record some intense percussion sessions. A new featurette has landed online that documents said sessions, showing the composer getting together a group of 12 drummers to all play at once.
