Two and a Half Men finds its new lesbian lead! TV Line reports that Amber Tamblyn has been cast in the hotly-anticipated new female lead role on the CBS comedy. Tamblyn, who has previously appeared on House, will play Jenny -- the long-lost daughter of Charlie Harper -- who moves to LA to pursue a career in showbiz and decides to crash with her Uncle Alan. Tamblyn, who is being cast to fill the void left by Angus T. Austin's exit, will her big debut during the September 26th premiere.
