'Boardwalk Empire' Season 4 brings Ron Livingston from 'Sex and the City' to the Jersey Shore

Zap2it: In Season 4 of HBO's "Boardwalk Empire," premiering Sunday, Sept. 8, it's 1924 in Atlantic City, N.J. You play Roy Phillips, an out-of-town businessman who arrives in the town, now firmly under the thumb of politician and bootlegger "Nucky" Thompson (Steve Buscemi). What brings Phillips to the Jersey Shore?Ron Livingston: He's a grocery store exec from out of town, and they're expanding to the East Coast.
