Watch the original

Seriously, the original is awesome! After watch the premiere I decided to find the original and watch it. I preferred the UK version from the first episode. It's not entertainment; it's art. The best part is the American version is very different from the UK version, so there is still mystery when watching the new episodes as they roll out

Saying that "it's not entertainment, it's art" might put off some viewers. However, to clarify DjembeDjammer's statement, it's both entertaining *and* art. It's thought-provoking and mysterious, unlike the US version (in which the metaphors are severely dumbed-down), and the interactions of John Simm and Philip Glenister make the show. The US version seems to have stolen the plots (almost scene by scene), while retaining almost none of the sparkle and witty humor. Watch the original! And when you run out of LoM, watch Ashes to Ashes, the sequel show.
