NCIS Season 11 Review “Devil’s Triad” – Like Father, Like Daughter

In this episode of NCIS, called “Devil’s Triad,” Gibbs and Fornell’s ex Diane comes back again with more complications, but it’s Fornell’s daughter Emily who steals the show.

I gotta say that I really enjoyed this episode a lot. I’ve said that about the last few episodes and honestly I’ve been waiting for that to change because, surely, they can’t keep getting better and better, can they? But this one had so many fantastic elements that it’s hard to know where to begin my review.

Considering the fact that we’ve seen her a couple of times now, Diane’s return could’ve been stale. I mean, how many more jokes could there possibly be about a woman who was married to Gibbs and Fornell and always seems to bring trouble whenever she arrives? Well, that question has now been answered: there were plenty more jokes to be had. From finding out that Fornell and Diane were sleeping together, to every single exchange between them and Gibbs, it was all good.
