TV ratings: CBS wins with reruns; NBC, ABC and The CW air Christmas movies

Fast National ratings for Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2013On Christmas Eve, CBS stuck to airing reruns of its big Tuesday night hits, and took the night because of it. "NCIS," "NCIS: Los Angeles" and "Person of Interest" reruns drew Christmas Eve's biggest ratings as viewers caught the old episodes the night before the holiday.FOX also aired reruns, while NBC, ABC and The CW tried to woo viewers with airings of "It's A Wonderful Life," "Dr. Seuss' How The Grinch Stole Christmas" and "The 12 Dogs of Christmas," respectively. It was "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" that consistently drew the most adults ages 18-49. CBS's average for the night was 6.6 million viewers and a 4.2 rating/9 share in households.
