Since Maya Rudolph's departure in 2007, the late night sketch show has lacked diversity within their female cast members and SNL even poked fun at it when Kerry Washington hosted last November. Producer Lorne Michaels held auditions and finally filled the void with Upright Citizen's Brigade alum Sasheer Zamata.
