Gossip Girl Season 2 Episode 21 "Seder Anything" Review and Recap

Turns out Serena and Gabriel are not married, however Gabriel and Poppy are still together. Could they be plotting against Serena? We would have thought Gabriel would have been a bit better looking.

Blair made a deal with Nates grandfather that she would talk Nate into going to Yale in exchange for a bridesmaid position at Tripps wedding, landing her a spot in Socialites pages. It always seems as though anything sneaky Blair does it ends up backfiring. Karma seems to have it out for Blair because yet again her plan is spoiled. Nates Grandfather outs their plan to Nate, temporarily ending Nate and Blairs relationship, but Chuck ends up talking Nate into working things out with Blair.

Turns out that Dan going to college means more to his father Rufus than owning an art gallery. Rufus gives Dan the good news but Dan was hesitant at first but realized that his father really truly doesn't enjoy selling art so Dan gratefully accepts the offer. We think Dan totally deserves every opportunity to go to school on the same note however we are also concerned about Rufus and what he plans to do next.

The return of Georgina in next weeks episode of Gossip Girl ("A Southern Gentleman Prefer Blondes") should be interesting considering she is now all of a sudden a born again Christian. Chuck is seen picking her up, could there be romance between Georgina and Chuck? Finally how will Serena react when she finds out about Gabriel and Poppy.

I didnt like this episode. It seemed like nothing actually happened. Blair and Nate stayed together despite an argument in the middle of the episode.. so no changes there.Jenny played monopoly. Okay... great storyline there.Chuck continues with his normal lifestyle.Serena gets married but it only turns out that she didnt actually get married. ie: no changes there either.

Are you kidding me?I loved this one. Could watch it all over again and I just finished. The Seder Dinner was hilarious with Eleanor and the whole "You look like a waiter!" thing.I liked what they did with Chuck and Jenny. Hopefully more will come out of that and they might actually spend some time (not as a couple, don't get me wrong!) I just liked, what Jenny said to him and how it did affect him.I loved what Chuck said to Nate, too. About Blair being different for picking Nate, when she could have had him. <-- Chuck at his best!I enjoyed Serena's performance at the dinner and Lilly's reaction was hilarious! "Oh, you two are not?!?..."I didn't like what they did with the grandpa storyline. I think he got away too easy. It should have been unforgivable, cause now, Nate just looks like the stupid little boy again, who didn't take the time to confirm his source's information before causing a scene!Over all. This was a great return and I couldn't be happier. Even Nate and Blair are growing on me. They're kind of sweet.

I wonder if that last look on Jenny's face meant anything. I was kind of waiting the entire episode for something to happen. Otherwise why would Jenny randomly be in the apartment as well as Chuck?
Whatever happened to Chuck and Vanessa? Did I miss something there? Did they just drop it? I don't really want anything to happen there, I was horrified, but they need to tie it up.
I thought the whole Seder Dinner thing was too messy. And how can Serena not get blamed for anything there! GOD! She annoys me! Sorry, but it's true. She's always messing up yet things always seem to work out for her.I did find the Dan-being-a-cater-waiter-thing pretty funny. Especially with Eleanor's comments.
Why the hell is Nate always the good guy? He hasn't screwed up once! Has he? I don't recall. Whereas Blair is always the problem in each of her relationships! Oh right! Nate cheated on Blair though, way back when. Hm... I'm lost in thought now.
So Nate's been with Blair, Serena (sort of), Jenny and Vanessa. I think he needs to be with someone else. He's already begun to loop around. B-S-J-V-B-... lol ...S next?
You know, I was kind of disappointed when Eric turned out to be gay, I thought he would be a good match for Jenny. Oh well... lost cause ain't it?
Hm..........
