I kind of miss when the Cylons would jump in and blow everything to hell... now they're kind of like that annoying preacher who comes to your door and tries to convert you.
To say that the BSG S4 has taken a decidedly religious tone would be a drastic understatement. This weeks episode focused almost exclusively on the budding religion of the one true god, led by none other than Baltar. It's interesting to see the BSGs Judas recast as Jesus (albeit with a bit of a Baltar twist) but it seems to be working. In my mind his changing role in this all but disqualifies him as the final Cylon, but then i wouldn't have thought that the Chief would go that way either.
While this does add another elemnet to the ever evolving story line i'm starting to get worried that they might not have this all wrapped up in a nice little package by the time the series is over. I want a well explained finish not some fade to black did he die or not Sopranos crap.
While no to much in the way of action happened in this episode they were defiantly setting us up for something big. I'm looking forward to next week..
