Revolution Season 2 Review “Happy Endings”

“Happy Endings” basically acted as a microcosm of everything good about the second season ofRevolution. In one hour, we got strong moments of character development, big plot progress across the multiple storylines and a highly entertaining action scene for good measure. The cliffhanger ending was a bit weak – it’s not the first time we’ve seen Monroe taken captive – but this was overall one of best episodes of the season.

After spending half of the season on their own, Tom and Jason were finally reunited with the core group in Texas, though not under honest terms. What was interesting to me about his arrival was that everything Tom said made perfect sense, and it was all true at one point. I’d imagine Tom himself even wishes it was true, as he still hates the Patriots. Unfortunately, if he’s going to save his wife, he’s going to need to play by their rules for a while longer.
