The final season of FOX's Prison Break was not only filled with suspense that brought us to the edge of our seats, but broke our hearts when it was time to say goodbye to the familiar characters we had come to know and love. The season focused on the Company and their mysterious device called Scylla. We witnessed the exciting struggle to find Scylla and discovered the reason why the device was so important.
Season 4 really picked up speed when the chase for Scylla was brought to Miami. Audiences and characters alike were surprised to learn that Michael and Lincoln's mother, Christina, was still alive and working to retrieve the same device that not only their lives depended on, but the lives of their loved ones as well.
The finale brought an excellent end to an excellent series. All of the characters got what they deserved in the end with Michael, Lincoln, and Sucre being exonerated for all of their previous crimes. Michael and Lincoln were able to finally be with the women they love. Sucre was able to settle down with his fiancee and daughter for good. T-Bag was sent back to prison where he belonged. The season finale allowed outstanding closure to fans of the series.
