RIVER SONG & THE DOCTOR????

Ok

I was watching "Silence in the Library" & "Forest of the Dead" and realized something. If River Song meets the Doctor in the future and recognizes him then does that mean that she's going to meet David Tennant or another version? If D.T. doesn't come back to the series then some how some way the writers have to create a version that will meet her in the the Doctor's Future & do all the things that she mentioned.

I think it would be great if they introduce a younger version of her in a Mini-Series or have her as a companion to the Newer Doctor.

What do You Think???

That is a VERY good question. There you have it - DT is not allowed to leave the show!
That's how I would like to solve it :)

There are still 4 specials starring DT next year. I am hoping that the River Song storyline will be dealt with in one of these.

I think they're counting on him being recognizable despite his reincarnations, especially by the woman he loves and who adores him. I'm thinking it's an aura of awesomeness or something with similarly spiffy alliteration.

Well, I guess his whole behaviour and the fact that he turned up when she called him there was sort of a giveaway. So I agree with uncomitted.
