I just gotta say it, cos it seems so obvious to me;
A kid born on the day his parents graduated is NOT going to have a birthday in the middle of the basketball season!!! Is that too hard to remember?
And I'm thinking he's too old as well.

Both quite valid points!I try to not analyze One Tree Hill too closely or you will find plot holes and discontinuities the size of....something quite large...
Also - I moved this into Discussions in the hopes that people will "Discuss".
Yeah thats a good idea. I just thought the whole birthday/balling season was just way too obvious. Short term memory loss I guess.
The basketball games in One Tree Hill very rarely fall in basketball season...and when they do it's just because that's when the show happens to air. I'm pretty sure that the writers don't know anything about basketball, let alone when it's season is.With regards to Jaimie being too old, they fast forwarded the show 4 years so they wouldn't have to follow everyone to college, so I think he's about the right age.
i noticed that too and it felt really oddi realized that mistake right away
Its quite sad that they have no idea when the basketball season actually is, especially when its such a big part of the show.
Especially when all you have to do is turn on the tv to figure out what sport is in season!
