The Office: First Comes Love, Then Comes Marriage, Then Comes Ex-Boss with Chainsaw! - Featured

This week's 'Lecture Circuit' had some pretty hilarious moments as Andy tried to fight his crippling depression by stealing a client from Stanley to hit on, Jim and Dwight took on the party planning committee miserably to try to make up for forgetting Kelly's birthday, and Michael and Pam hit the road and the "lecture circuit" so Michael could enlighten other Dunder Mifflin branches about his branch's success.

The best part was Michael and Pam arriving at Karen's branch where she greeted them with a very big pregnant belly! That was not that shocking since we saw her pregnant in the promo, but having Michael immediately say, "Is that Jim's??" and then, "I'm sorry, I'm just trying to think of the last time you and Jim had sex," was far too hysterical!

It was a little odd that it took until after the terribly failed meeting for Karen to mention that she's married and she's obviously pregnant by her husband, but as a woman watching the show, I caught on to that immediately due to her decorated ring finger, which was probably what the writers expected.

So while Michael went on about his box of tricks including a chainsaw that definitely didn't have the chain off, Karen and Pam got the joyful chance to catch up with Karen explaining she's married, and Pam mentioning Jim was fine... and they were engaged.

This led to a surprising hug from Karen, and a very satisfied Pam feeling like she had closure on the Karen issue, aka someone hating her and her leaving someone unhappy because of "stealing" her man.

So with that good guest star development came the lead to another awesome returning guest star: Holly, Holly, Holly! Hooray!

As Pam chatted up Michael about her happiness at the Karen closure, what could Michael do but interrupt about his own lack of closure with the woman who was the love of his life and with whom he had what Jim and Pam have, times 100. But of course.

While I despise when shows hit you with a "to be continued," if that continuation means getting Pam and Michael to Holly, I'll take the annoying wait until next week!

What do you think will come of Michael visiting Holly? Will he have a Pam-like incident where he finds his lack of closure person married and pregnant? Is this a chance for Holly to come back to the show for longer to give the relationship a chance? Or will it just be closure in some other way for the Michael and Holly romance?

I'm really hoping this could mean her coming back to the show for a while as I think she was an amazing fit for the show and cast, plus most importantly, the most perfect woman ever for Michael Scott!

Here's crossing my fingers for some Micolly happiness to come! What are your predictions and hopes?

Um, WHAT?!? What Jim and Pam have is real, Michael "fell in love" with Holly the day he met her, like he does with every woman who shows even the slightest bit of interest in him, and he didn't even go out with her for very long. What "Micolly" have is NOTHING compared to Jim and Pam! They're best friends and in love and Michael and Holly didn't even call each other after he helped her move to Utica.
Also, Holly is weird. I hope she doesn't come back, although many sources say she's making an appearance later in this season.
Also, I have this weird feeling that Karen was faking her pregnancy and/or marriage, because she hasn't even been gone long enough from Scranton to fall in love, get engaged, get married and get several months pregnant! What if we find out it's Jims?? I really hope not!!

The Jim and Pam times 100 was mentioned by Michael and is not an observation made by the reviewer.
Interesting review. I hope Holly comes back too.

Yes, Holly is weird but isnt Michael aswell?I believe Holly is the perfect fit for Michael, just look at whom he dated previously!!! Jan and The Cheerleader Costume (dont remember her name) pretty much shut Michael down whenever he started to become himself around them.Holly, on the other hand is the Ying to Michaels' Yang.best example, is their Hip-Hop rap before a commercial break in one of the episodes.Everytime I saw Michael with Holly, I felt it was almost exactly to how Jim and Pam are around eachother. Just because Jim and Pams love-fest has been going on since the beginning of the Office, doesnt mean Michael cant have that with Holly.
(now onto the review lol)Im hoping a happy ending for Michael Scott, if not getting the relationship back together - closure and some back-room whoopie. :D lolIf it starts to turn sore, like Holly IS with someone else.. well, i cannot wait to see how Michael and his heart of hearts will react.
