i'd probably make some kind of spicy risotto, because that's what they're always making on Hell's Kitchen, and it seems like a hard thing to make, but impressive if it comes out right. I'd also throw in a brazed chicken breast with a white wine reduction sauce (whatever that is). Or possible a chili lime marinated salmon steak, that always makes my mouth water.

Hmm...I am not much of a cook but I'd probably cook up some cajun shrimp with a field green salad with sweet chili dressing. Other than that....I'm not sure.

Could go one or two ways some asian cuisine such as Orange chicken with my own personal oranage spicy orange glaze sauce that the chicken is marinated in prior to cooking then another coating of the sauce when it all done cooking served up with fried rice and either crab ragoon or pork eggrols..
Or take it american with one of my special homemade pizza recipes such a pulled bbq pork or roast topping with my homemade bbq sause and a spicy Jalapeños deep dish crust that has fresh cut pepper right into it with some spices and herb mixed right into the dough for t taste that would be goon on its own even before the toppings.
