What happened to the writers?

What just happened? After re-watching the last episode of Heroes I had more questions. But not the good kind. Is Daphne Dead? How could Parkman let that happen (especially with so many ways to save her right there ie. cheerleaders blood)? Why create a romance just to dash it 5 episodes later?

It seems to me that the writers on the show have not thought things all the way through and I would just like to go on record as saying, "If I wanted unbelievable story-lines I would watch "24"." Lastly, I don't believe Adrian Pasdar as the villain and this show needs a good villain. Sorry to all you fans out there, it just makes me sad when my favourite shows have holes in them.

matey this is the second episode of the 4th volume.... now that the writers are back the story will be much longer, with more suspense and will find new ways to bring back characters (such has hiro getting back his powers than saving Daphne).
I think that you're just impatient and want to understand everything on the first moments instead of waiting for development or explanation. I think you got too used to the past episodes where the writers were on a strike...

Damn that strike ruined the show...I hope the original writer is able to save the show. I miss the good times of Heroes with the white knuckle drama, heres to hoping it comes back.

I don't think Daphne is dead, it would have been all to easy to give her Claire's blood. I don't understand why Claire didn't just run away from the Hunter man. I don't really know if I like this whole Parkman on a prophet's journey story, but I am glad that man in the orange Orland t-shirt is back... I forget his name. I think the first few episodes of this volume are the ones that were written by the old writing staff, then the latter half of this volume will be with the old staff back. It will probably be back on track then, although I have to say all in all I am liking the new episodes so far.
