Californication works like porn.

I'm just saying what you also think.

Californication has good actors, good looking naked girls and alot of insane sexual explanations.

The amount of nudity and fucking on this show makes it one step less then a storyline porn movie.

If all you can see is the 'porn', then its nothing more than a reflection of your bankrupt intellect, and certainly not to be blamed on the show.

I disagree, this show could hold its own without all the nudity if it was on a network, but the fact that its on showtime makes it more honest. Life is not censored, so it is a more accurate portrayal of these people lives with that in it. You have to think about the characters this show is about, people with a great deal of issues living a certain lifestyle where you have to have all those scenes to make it more belivable and genuine. And really, unless you are 14yrs old, the type of nudity and sex scenes in this show is not overally gratuitus. In regular shows when two people are having sex you still see the simulated movements, with californication the only differrence is you also see the girls breasts. With porn, the storyline is just a precurser to sex, with the show the character darma is the storyline which just has those scenes to further the characters development and story. Its a MA rated show about life, and there is nudity in life, so I have no problem with it.

If you can not differentiate between then and than THEN what are you doing commenting on a storyline rather THAN beating it to your storyline porno movie?
