Leave it as is and put it on Scifi or BBC America. I think they would have a good run there with Torchwood and Doctor Who fans.

i really hope they dont do that, NBC always tries to find new shows and it never works out, the stuff they show on BBC doesnt really work out in America, personally i love british television but i dont think itll work on a mainstream american station like NBC.

I tried watching Life on Mars (british version) after i had been watching the new American version and i gotta tell ya...the American characters fit better. Everyone in the brit version is lacking character except the guy that plays sam, but he comes off as a skinny weasely guy. I think Americanizing some shows isn't such a bAd idea....just as long as you aren't americanizing Medieval type shows. No such thing as Medieval Americans. Would be silly.

When will there be another season? I like the show as it is and i think quite a few british programmes would do very well in the US, they certainly should try to remake the originals but thats not to say bbc hasnt copied american tv shows too
