Another Americanized TV show

U.S. version of the BBC series "The Worst Week of My Life", in which a young couple get quickly acquainted with their soon-to-be in-laws. We copy everything from Britain. Idol, Dancing with the Stars, Big Brother, Cash Cab, Millionaire... and now this. Can't we come up with our own original shows?

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, no? Frankly, I think the more that we can share concepts and ideas, the greater the variety both countries have when it comes to entertainment choices. I love seeing the shows that success in other countries thrive in America. It kind of shows we all aren't as different as we think!
I think another bonus for this show is that it's the same humor I expect from successful British sitcoms, but it now contains references and actors I can recognize. Which, let's face it, makes it a more realistic experience. Plus, it already has glowing reviews from overseas, so I know the concept is a success :)

the original of this only worked for me because of the comedian playing the lead I can't see this standing up without him.
