Episode Six Shocking Ending just might go much deeper than face value...

The Hendricksons just want to be themselves, most the show revolves around their struggle to do just that...

But what got to me the most was our most recent episodes ending. Do not read further if you have not seen it.

When you hear the pot come crashing down when Alby opens the door it's pretty clear what the viewers are about to see. And if you are anything like me it's something you hope will not be the case. But it is...

Too often when people feel it is not safe to be what they really are they have to live a lie. And as you know a lie can eat at you from the inside until you just can't do it anymore. There was no safe way for Alby and his developing "partner" to come out and expose themselves. It would have had to of remained a secret making it one more "lie" that in the end would not have any positive result. Perhaps this is why he did what he did. He knew there was no way out.

In the end will there really be a safe way for the Hendricksons to come out? Or did we get a glimpse into the outcome of what the reality of trying to conceal something will ultimately end up being? Nothing good to say the least. I can't imagine there is any way Big Love can end on a happily every after note. And I think that this last episode was more a glimpse into that then one might think. Right before Alby discovers what he does Bill shows his wives the house where they can "be themselves", then we see the apartment where Alby thought they could be themselves. You tell me....
