Crunchyroll made one of its final fall anime announcements today, with the news that the anime adaptation of Leaf's famous visual novel, White Album, will join its simulcast lineup. The anime is based on an adult game by renowned studio Leaf (Comic Party, Utawareru Mono), and follows the trials and tribulations of the relationship between a starving college student and his girlfriend, who is a rising star in the music industry.
The announcement covers both seasons of the anime, which started in January 2009 and ran for 13 episodes before a hiatus between the first and second seasons. The first season will go up on Crunchyroll soon, while the second season will be simulcast every Wednesday.
The anime will be available in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, UAE, and Brazil.
