So I never thought I would say this, but I really, really like THE LEAGUE. What I think began as an odd gimmick to have grown men act like total tools has sort of evolved into a new style sitcom, similar to Cougar Town. And by that I mean the actual show is bigger and better than the actual premise. And apparently, I am not the only who thinks this way as the show scored huge ratings last week and it kept It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia fans tuned in.
Last night, the gang were still upset about the addition of Rafi, Rodney's brother-in-law to the league and wanted to keep him away from their non-fantasy football hangouts. Rodney is planning his every 3-months Terrific Lady day, a special day all about his wife so he can avoid caring the rest of the time. Kevin needs to get on that as well, since his relationship with his Jenny has been faltering since they got back from their draft trip in Vegas. They decided to make a weekend out of a work function Kevin needs to attend and their ''adult'' dialogue about economics and Bernanke was hilarious.
