Chuck's renewal prospects looking good!!

I'm really not trying to toy with your emotions, Chuck fans. Honest. But I just received a fresh batch of extremely reliable intel that has led me to once again tweak the show's status on my Bubble Show Scorecard

After two anxiety-inducing weeks at "could go either way," I'm happy to report that Chuck is back to being a "safe bet." A well-placed source close to Team Bartowski whose name is not Josh Schwartz (scout's honor!) tells me "it's looking good" that NBC will do the right thing and renew the show for a fourth season.

A final decision isn't expected for a few more weeks, so there's a good chance my buzzometer will fluctuate again. Even more reason to enjoy this bit of good news while it lasts!

I'm not so sure this is a good thing. Don't get me wrong I absolutely loved the beginnings but the current season just isn't what I expected it to be.
So actually I would say they should end this as long as its bearable instead of squeezing every bit of dignity out of this once genious series

Chuck is probably NBC's strongest asset right now. Besides it's Thursday comedies, NBC doesn't really have anything to fall back on especially with the failures of "Heroes" and Jay Leno on primetime. I think it would be foolish to drop this show, as said in the article by Dominic Nguyen, it works its formula well. So well and in a way that it doesn't ever feel stale, though sometimes a little predictable, it's still a fun 40 minutes that are perfectly enjoyable.

To be honest people who say they don't like the season because it wasn't "what they expected" are lame. That isn't a reason! The show is evolving and in my opinion it is very good. On a Monday it's the only thing to rival Big Bang Theory - An fair but heavily flawed sitcom.
To me most american TV is predictable, because Americans are slightly predictable. Not being racist, just stating a fact that is true. People don't watch US TV for it's intelligence, lol... Or do they?
All US TV is simple, predictable and most 40 minute long shows have the same formula (reaper, chuck, psych, eureka, etc).
Great news though. Love Chuck, if they want something to cancel why not something terrible... like cougar town or the even worse modern family (it's just the office with a family, the gay guys are the only ones in it who make me laugh and can act... well, doing the best with what they've been given)
Anyways, enough with this rant.
Go CHUCK!!!!
