It's no secret that around Paste HQ we love our 30 Rock. A lot. So much so, in fact, that you might say we would rather enjoy taking it behind a middle school and getting it pregnant. Which explains our utter joy at the news that the critically acclaimed, criminally underwatched series is setting up shop at will get the syndication treatment on Comedy Central.
The comedy has netted scores of nominations and awards, yet remains low on the Nielsen ratings. Comedy Central's senior vice president David Bernath is hoping that the recent acquisition will change that. "30 Rock is one of the funniest shows on television and a perfect DNA match for our viewers," Bernath said. The network will begin airing the show's reruns in 2011.
