Brennan and Booth...

I've followed this series from the beginning and I sensed the connection they (their characters) have. I think the writers should allow them to over-step that boundary and explore it a little and if they do decide to not carry on a relationship, to have it end amicably so that it doesn't affect their work relationship and ethics.

Just a one off fling maybe that leave Booth (the seemingly more fragile of the two) questioning his true feelings for her.

It reminds me of the episode that ended in her making the decision to go to the Caribbean or not.

i like how you said that booth is the more fragile of the two. Its true and he will be the one that says something that causes Bones to feel somethingI heard someone say that there will be a dream sequence sometime, so...

i feel it is certain that we will see booth and bones form a relationship and i hope with all my heart that it will last! But the pessimist in me believes they will end it in good terms :(

Nope. The pattern is clear. Booth will try and make Bones more 'human emotion attached', Bones will get annoyed, they won't be able to work together, so one of them will leave, and since Bones is the Main star, Booth will be replaced.
So if they get into a relationship, the actor who is doing Booth, will be knocked off the series. Await that.
