I recently thought of a reason besides "It's hilarious" for a question that has plaguing me for a while. Why do I like Scrubs so much!? I don't normally watch sitcoms OR medical shows, so why does Scrubs intrigue me so much? It's a modern day M.A.S.H. 4077th!
J.D= Hawkeye (Sarcastic star of the show)
Turk = Hunnycut (sarcastic friend of the star)
Frank=Kelso (because no one in the show likes either)
Murphy=Radar (both bumbling idiots)
Cox=Col. Potter (tries to be a hard a-- but everyone looks to them for answers and are generally considered "mentors")
Plus it's a medical show! It's just based inside a building instead of in Vietnam. Though there are differences, as in Who would Hoolihan be considered, and also The Janitor, Elliot and Carla be placed, but other than that, it's pretty much the same. And very funny.
