hahaha no.. i think he just didn`t want to give his dna because his dad`s a murder or a crazy or something like that..
There have been enough clues to suggest that there is a 'gene for murder' or something in his family, and that he carries it. We saw him looking at his test results a few weeks back and the lab woman saying what the genetic matches meant. I hope these are just red herrings, leading to an episode where, presumably, it looks like he's the killer, but it turns out it's his brother or something. I wasn't sure about the character when he arrived (on the rebound from Grissom, most people would have come up short) but I really like how he's been developed and I particularly enjoy the way Fishbourne is playing and creating the character. He's a keeper. Don't chuck him aside in some silly storyline.
