wat the hell
i expected chow to look good ...in the books it says
he has tatoos and he's a hunk .. but in the show he's some next fat guy .. who looks like he's 50 something ... when he should of been a young asian good lookin vampire

It makes sense in the context of the show. The show is *not* the book, (obviously) and it stresses the social implications of Vampires ('those who are different') more than the book. My theory is that this is why the character is pudgy and not the stereotypical drop-dead gorgeous vampire. After all, the only fat vampire can't be the victim Sookie's brother got stashed in his basement.
It lends realism.
I was surprised they went in such a different direction with him, but it might be good, who knows.
Its a pity - I was curious to see all the tatoos!
