The Colony

The Colony is amazing! The post-apocolyptic scenario and concept is such a fantastic idea. I would even consider participating in such a show. The volunteers they chose are very knowledgable, handle situations well, and functionally coexist.

They are progressing towards thier escape to the outside world, and in the process of doing so, they of course encounter many, many problems.

They only have so much gasoline, and recently, they have built solar panels outside the warehouse! Two new people came in claiming this was "thier house" before the ten volunteers arrived. The large man was very violent and assertive, and nonaccepting of the "community's" rules. The woman that came with him, used thier entire water supply during her unecessary 30 minute shower.

Upon thier motives to kick out the strangers, and giving them food for whatever journey they may take, the two come back and ransack thier pantry. This leads to a violent dispute, but the colonists end up okay in the end.

I look forward to seeing the next episode, where one of thier own goes missing, and they may make some progress on getting the truck up and running.

Too bad the whole 'reality' thing is probably scripted. Theres no way someone can take in the role of survivors as the show says they are with all the cameras around them. Unless the cameras are hidden which i doubt.
nevertheless, the show is still awesome and very informative.

I agree, I noticed that when they took out the doctor... They said it was staged on purpose... But I still like the idea as well. Pretty cool show.
