Marcus Samuelsson narrowly won the second season of Top Chef Masters by beating the other two finalists - fan favorite Sensur Lee and seafood chef Rick Moonen - 17 and a half stars to 17 stars apiece.
"It's the best feeling," the "world cuisine wizard" said of the win. "People all over the world will celebrate this with me, I guarantee that."
On the finale, the three chefs were tasked to prepare three courses that best represented their journeys as chefs: their first significant food memory, the meal that made them decide to become chefs and a course that describes them as a chef.
