* American Idol (9 pm/ET Fox)
It was lights, camera, action last night when the Top 7 shot through songs of the cinema, with film guru Quentin Tarantino guiding them along. All this was minus inspirational, sight-impaired Scott MacIntyre, who made a tender exit last week when he wasn't able to survive Survivor's "The Search Is Over." But this search isn't over. The seven lasting contestants - Kris Allen, Anoop Desai, Matt Giraud, Danny Gokey, Allison Iraheta, Adam Lambert and Lil Rounds - fight for their very Idol lives in tonight's results show. Season 3 finalist Jennifer Hudson performs "If This Isn't Love," and Miley Cyrus sings "The Climb."
That Titanic has been nothing but trouble! First, there were those "unsinkable" claims, then that run-in with an iceberg, and now this - an allegedly haunted exhibit of items retrieved from the world-famous shipwreck. TAPS visit Atlanta's Georgia Aquarium, where ghostly passengers have seemingly mingled with relics from the RMS Titanic. No word yet if one of those cursed artifacts is a sketch of a woman in the buff with a passing resemblance to Kate Winslet.
* Lost (9 pm/ET ABC)
As we ponder whether the newly gentle adult Ben will remain that way, his 1977 self is causing trouble just by going missing from the infirmary. Who took him? Hostiles, perhaps. But just who, really, are those Dharma newcomers Kate, Jack and Hurley? Horace and Radzinsky, among others, might be asking, and it's security chief James LaFleur who'll be on the hook for answers. In other developments, Miles is the flashback star, and we can expect to see what Daniel Faraday has been up to lately.
* Kathy Griffin: She'll Cut a Bitch (9 pm/ET Bravo)
Griffin gets riffin': It's loud mock and roll when D-list lass Kathy Griffin delivers her trademark (blue) stream of consciousness at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall in Portland, Ore. Here, Kathy rips through stand-up stories about her life, including spending her birthday with Cher and attending the Grammy Awards. She also finds time to mock celebs, of course. Kathy fans, stay tuned for Bravo's A-List Awards (airing at 10 pm/ET), a tribute to pop culture and the creative mind, hosted by Kathy herself.
* The Cougar (10 pm/ET TVLand)
Considering The Cougar, a new reality series about a 40-year-old mother of four on the prowl for a younger man, is hosted by Vivica A. Fox, it's clear we're in for eight weeks of unadulterated animal magnetism. Twenty men under the age of 30 play the part of lascivious cartoon wolves, but it may be difficult to tell the hunter from the prey as this Darwinian lovefest comes down to a survival of the fittest. Oh, and does anybody have a garden hose?
