Actress and supermodel Milla Jovovich is essentially a California girl. But her Ukrainian family didn't move there until she was 5 years old. She still has some vivid memories of feeling out of place as a child who didn't speak English, she said on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (weeknights, 12:05AM ET on ABC).
When teased, she'd respond in Ukrainian, scaring off fellow students. Lunchtime was also alienating. "All the kids would have their like really amazing peanut butter and jelly sandwiches," said Jovovich. But she had "last night's dinner, which was inevitably, like, stew with a big bone and meat around it."
