Big things are in store for 'Chuck.'
When we say big, we mean the imposing 6'5" presence of film baddie Dolph Lundgren, who has signed on to guest star in the season 4 premiere of the NBC spy thriller, according to the Ausiello Files.
Lundgren, co-star of 'Rocky IV,' in which he famously told Sylvester Stallone's Rocky "I must break you,'' looks to be a villain on 'Chuck,' according to a tweet from Josh Schwartz, 'Chuck' co-helmer.
"Yes it's true. Dolph Lundgren to try and 'break' Chuck Bartowski in Season 4 premiere,'' Schwartz said.
The Lundgren guester might not be a surprise to 'Chuck' fans. Rogue FSB agent Anatoli Zevlovski used Ivan Drago, Lundgren's character name in 'Rocky IV,' as his alias in March's 'Chuck vs. the Final Exam.'
Lundgren and Stallone, along with a gaggle of '80s action film stars, will be on the big screen in August in 'The Expendables.'
In other 'Chuck' news, veteran character actor Harry Dean Stanton, seen recently on HBO's 'Big Love,' will also guest star in the season premiere, titled 'Chuck vs. the Anniversary,' according to the report.
