After Allison is mugged and beaten one night, she joins a self defense class taught by former rape victim, Kira Hudak. Allison has a dream where she identifies Kira’s attacker, Henry Maynard, but Kira says it's not him. Scanlon tells Allison that Henry is an undercover cop posing as a sex offender to get close to a parolee. Confused by her vision, Allison is further saddened to dream about Henry’s murder. Scanlon’s brother, Paul, a former sex offender, is back in town and is accused of videotaping a rape now up on the internet.
