lol. yes tht was kinda a little freaky.... okay was he like eavesdropping?
Amy could be just a little bit smarter.
i dont really like Ben - he's really kinda a freak - and I think that Amy doesn't really love him (ofc she doesn't!) and it's really stupid that she's considering marring him
I think that Amy is trying to deflect her true feelings for Ricky. Think about it! She had to have liked Ricky for them to have had sex. Do you really think that she didn't even know that they were even having sex?!?! I mean it was her first time and all but I'm pretty sure it was clear to her that she was having sex. Go back to the first episode. Look at how she looked at Ricky and completely ignored Ben while walking toward him. She has no feelings for Ben; they're all for Ricky! I think Ben is just a cover. And I'm pretty sure in the situation that she's in now, she is feeling unloved and is wanting that extra attention (that attention being from Ben.) Think about it: Ricky had sex with Amy; but Ricky also has sex with other girls. Girls are more emotionally driven when it comes to sex and relationships; guys are more physical. Amy's feeling a little unloved by the guy who took the most precious thing from her (that being her virginity!) For Amy to move on, she thinks that she need to be with someone who will love her unconditionally (Ben!) And now that Ricky wants back in her life, Amy's between a rock and a wall; all those emotions she had with Ricky are coming back and it will be interesting to see what happens to Ricky and Amy's relationship further down the road.
Let's not forget that Amy's not the only one hiding from reality; Ricky is too. He was abused and uses sex as his way out!
