The Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men's continued ratings success led CBS to a Monday night win, according to Nielsen estimates.
Bang Theory (15.4 million viewers) scored the night's highest rating among 18-to-49-year-olds, while Men (16.5 million) was the night's most-watched program. The strong lead-in helped boost CSI: Miami (13.3 million viewers), while How I Met Your Mother (9.4 million) and Accidentally on Purpose (8.5 million) were on par with their season averages.
On ABC, The Bachelor averaged 11.7 million viewers overall and hit a season high in key demos. A Castle repeat drew 8 million viewers - the most for one of its reruns.
But Fox edged out the ABC for second place with House (13.4 million viewers) and 24 (9.8 million). Even so, House was down 8 percent from a week ago, while 24 slipped to third place in the timeslot.
Chuck (6.7 million viewers) was down just a bit, while Heroes (4.4 million) showed a small gain. The Jay Leno Show (3.9 million viewers) had its worst Monday rating ever.
At the CW, Life Unexpected continued to hold its lead-in audience, as both it and One Tree Hill drew 2.1 million viewers.
