Runway Rundown Season 6, Episode 9: The Designers Break Out the Sequins for Christina Aguilera

This week on Project Runway, the designers create a performance look for Christina Aguilera.

As a result, there are sequins and feathers all over the runway, where legendary costume designer Bob Mackie and Aguilera judge the contestants' looks.

Carol Hannah gets a well-deserved win for her black creation of sequins, matte fabric and iridescent feathers. But Shirin's goth gown is deemed the worst of the bunch and she gets auf'd.

See what Chris March has to say in last week's Runway Rundown.

The 9th episode of Project Runway Season 6 is a bit more exciting than the previous episodes. Christina Aguilera is a guest judge in this episode and designers had to create an outfit that was inspired by a particular place, like New York, Greece, St. Tropez, or maybe Pig's Knuckle, Arkansas. The winner was Irina, whose Aspen themed clothes were a huge hit – even if no one in Aspen actually wears clothes like that, except a bunch of rich tourists that usually underpay and mistreat the residents who work hard to please their ridiculous demands on vacation. Nicholas was sent packing. It was an eventful episode of Project Runway, and the DVD of the season might be worth some quick cash.
