A contestant on The Bachelorette says winner Ed Swiderski openly talked about having a girlfriend during the competition to win Jillian Harris' heart.
"Dave [Good] and I both remember Ed saying he had a girlfriend," Wes Hayden told Us Weekly. "But we are not the kind who are going to run our mouths."
Hayden, who was also accused on the show of having a girlfriend back home, wasn't alone in his criticism. Finalist Reid Rosenthal said he "didn't care to hang out with [Ed]" and Michael Stagliano called Swiderski a "shady guy."
"There was definitely something, I can't put my finger on it, where I did think, I'm not going to be best friends with this guy," Stagliano said.
Although cell phones and laptops are usually forbidden among cast members, Swiderski was allowed to have his because of his work as Microsoft consultant, Jesse Kovacs said. Swiderski used the computer to communicate with girlfriend Lindsey Johnson, according to Us. "Obviously, no one knew he was saying, 'I'm not into [Harris] and I can't wait to go home," Kovacs said.
Swiderski and Harris previously denied reports that he cheated with Johnson days after he and Harris got engaged. Watch the video here.
