Huh? what's going on here?

A few Questions...

First when and where did Sylar get the ability to transport himself/ randomly appear whenever he wants to? I don't remember anyone having that ability and I've seen him do it a few times already. First, when he appeared in DANKO's car and then appeared outside the car in the rain a few minutes later and when he appeared in the old man's living room and last when he appeared before Mikah in the abandoned building...

Second what the hell is up with Matt's character...two days before he was torn up inside dealing w/ Daphne's death. He was even about to kill an innocent person to get revenge now he finds he has a son and life is just perfect? He hasn't mentioned Daphne since and now he's all about having a life with his exwife and child (who he didn't even know existed the week before)?

Lastly, why do you all think Sylar's only achilles heel is no longer a problem. Before, the only way one could kill him is by wedging something in the back of his head...now that doesn't even work? Jeez this guy really is unstoppable. Does anyone know why that's the only way to kill Claire and Sylar (well it used to be) What was the writers' explaination?

And why do you think Hiro got a nose bleed and headache when he tried to stop time?

I have always argued that if you make Sylar too powerful, then you spoil the story. There was a fantastic opportunity to put a limit on the number of powers he could have at any one time - and if he took another then he'd lose one, and have no control over which one he lost. Think of the possibilities for plot diversion with that! But no. We took the easy way out and just made him all-powerful.Sometimes the easy way is just boring - and for me, that's what they're doing to the characeter. It's just 'The Sylar show' in places now, and every time he comes on screen you know it's just going to be the same old stuff again.I thought there was so much possibility for him - and i liked the attempts to make him a family man so that he could have a bit of range, but seething mad old Sylar is just dullsville.

sylar can now re-arrange his DNA so i think he might have changed where the kill point is now

When Sylar was 'operating' on clair he mentioned the part of the brain which causes pain, he then pushes that forwards away from the back of the head. I'm assuming that that's what they have to take out to kill them for good. But the reason he got back up again after being stabbed by Danko is cause he moved it somewhere else inside him with his shapeshifting. Also the appearing thing i think is just clever camera angles and cinematography. I don't think he actually has a power of teleportation seeing as the only one who does/did that we know of is Hiro and Sylar never got him. Also i love the fact that they've been focusing on Sylar in the show. He's one of my favourite characters but maybe that's because i like dark killer programmes... ^^ (Mainly Dexter).

Actually Hiro isn't the only teleporter as we saw that Arthur was capable of it as well though I doubt Sylar had it but apparently he can fly. The kill point is the spot in the brain that controls the abilities, if u hit that sweet spot then the brain can't "control" the regeneration so they die, but apparently u can still come back at any point if you remove it as we saw Claire in season 1 get stabbed there and die for a couple hours and then come back. But yea that patience totally would have paid off =)

Sylar got flyin goff Nathan. Because remember when Danko asked him if he could do it without cutting the head off he said yes and thus got shapeshifting without making a mess. He could have simply done this with Nathan aswell as he needed to be able to fly.
