TV ratings: 'America's Got Talent' picks up, leads Tuesday

"America's Got Talent" improved on its performance from last week in leading NBC to an across-the-board ratings win Tuesday night.

NBC averaged 9.2 million viewers and a 5.6 rating/10 share in households for the night. CBS (7.1 million, 4.7/8) finished second with its drama reruns, followed by NBC (5.2 million, 3.0/5). FOX came in fourth with 3.9 million viewers and a 2.5/4, while The CW (938,000, 0.6/1) was pretty much a non-factor.

NBC was the only network to break the 2.0 mark in the adults 18-49 demographic, finishing with a 2.6. ABC grabbed second with a 1.9, while FOX finished third at 1.5. CBS managed only a 1.2 in the demo, and The CW came in at 0.3.

I dunno about ya’ll but I’m pretty much OVER this wipeout show. Is there not anything else on TV to watch besides random, fat people hurting and embarrassing themselves? Screw this! I’m just gonna watch Minute to Win It on NBC. At least these people are actually earning their money…and guy fieri is the man! Check it out . . .
