Is One Tree Hill Skipping Ahead Again? - Featured

We've been wondering how One Tree Hill will account for the fact that stars Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton won't be there anymore come Fall...and we may have an answer:

Looks like the show is considering doing yet another time leap (though this time it would only be a year).

What do you think? No big deal? Is the time leap already becoming an overused technique in television?

Depending on how they do it... It might be ok. I mean this season wrapped it up pretty neatly, all except for the Dan storyboard. If they can make something plausible for that, I'm ready to roll. Mark my words though, they will compensate for that time leap by bringing an old character back.

I guess it would be ok.if it makes the story better it's good.but just like the person before me said..the Dan story isn't really done.I kinda hope he'll be dead by next seasonor he'll have a new hearth and everything.I dont want him to still be waiting for the sugery. it's getting old

i agree with you too everything has been wrapped up Dan is the only one whos story isnt finished. But how can they finish it without lucas it seemed like they were leaning toward sawyer being his redemption. If they wanted too they could do like Degrassi and have Sawyer be a teenager and all that. But without lucas i have no idea how their gonna do it. I dont mind time leaps as long as they explain most of the in between.
