The moment Kim Zolciak has been waiting for finally happened on last week's episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. As usual, she takes center stage as she plans her big birthday party. She even decides to include Kandi in the celebration to thank her for all her help with "Tardy for the Party" and because their birthdays are close.
Meanwhile, Kandi is busy trying to make a comeback as an artist, even rehearsing for her solo performance in Atlanta, which proves to be a success. NeNe, on the other hand, picks Lisa as her soundboard when she vents out her sentiments about her squabble with Kim and Kandi during Sheree's Independence Party. NeNe may have made the wrong choice here because as I recall, Lisa somewhat stirred the drama in that department. In a nut shell, NeNe doesn't really see Kandi as her enemy but calls Kim a "Dirty, Low down Money with a Wig." Then Lisa and NeNe talk about how Kim drops people as soon as she doesn't need them anymore. Isn't it funny how Kim still becomes the focus of The Real Housewives of Atlanta even if she's not present in the scene?
On the way to the birthday party, which NeNe and Lisa decide to ditch, Kim gets the shock of her life as Big Poppa whips out a big diamond ring and pops the question. And that's in spite of the fact that he's already married! At any rate, Kim unveils her debut single at the party and because it's filled with Kim's friends, the song gets good reviews.
Unfortunately for Kandi, Kim doesn't show up when it's Kandi's time to shine on stage. Kandi is delighted with her performance but isn't pleased with the fact that Kim blew her off. But Lisa, who shows up to give her support to Kandi, isn't surprised anymore because it's just typical Kim.
