Michael Phelps is of course way up there for just about every moment of his this Olympics! I also really enjoyed the women's gymnastics all-around though there were some big disappointments for the Americans - still a great watch though!!

I am with you both, Phelps's 8 metal gorge was phenominal! And I was soooo tired each day after watching the Women's Gymnastics until after midnight or 1am! And as great as those individual achievements were, as well as all the Olympians who scored a medal, I have to admit I have never seen anything like the opening ceremonies. The people who made that image of a dove...and running around to make that dove look like it was flying...and then the dude who lit the Olympic Torch, hanging above all those people and his run across the top of the scroll as he is hanging there, OMG it was fantastic. I will never forget these opening ceremonies. Full of magic and emotion and engenuity beyond my expectations!!!!

The finals of the men's relay where Lezak caught the Australians from a half pool lead. Most of the gymnastics was pretty incredible too. But swimming was the best....
