And the SideReel Flunkie Winners Are... - Featured

At long last, here are the winners of the First Annual SideReel Flunkie Awards. For a look back at all of the nominated shows, go here! From the looks of it, Heroes has received the most SideReel Haterade (the only multiple Flunkie winner with 3 total) and is in serious need of cleaning of its act.

Worst New Show - 90210 (beating Kath and Kim...who realized there was so much hatred for this show out there?)

Worst Couple - Gossip Girl, Vanessa and Nate

Worst Plotline - Grey's Anatomy, Izzie and Denny's ghost

Worst Cast Cut - Heroes, Elle (with Kutner from House a very close second)

Worst Season Finale - Heroes

Worst Decision to Cancel - Pushing Daisies

Worst Series Finale - Prison Break (landslide)

Worst Eternal Cliffhanger - Kyle XY (beating Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles)

Most Deteriorated - Heroes

Worst Show That Gets Good Ratings - American Idol (with The Secret Life of The American Teenager close behind)

Thanks again everyone for all of your suggestions and participation. We'll be back next year!

Surprising results for some with the SideReel love for Secret Life and others, but an accurate evaluation, Reelers! So will anyone stop watching 90210, or are we all going to give it another chance despite its faults and excessive Dr Pepper advertising? (I think I will...)

Poor Pushing Daisies :/ Why ABC, why?

Sorry, a stupid question, but English isn't my native language. What does "flunkie" means?

Hi saule683 - It's a word we made up...so I could see your confusion, but it's a spin on the Razzies...which are awards for the worst movies of the year. We wanted to do a similar thing for TV shows. So 'Flunkies' are a spin on the word "flunk" (as in to fail).

It actually wasn't the producers decision to cut kutner, it was the actor himself. He was invited to work social branch of the white house for Obama's campaign. He made the decision to leave. I'm sad that he did but it's cool it wasn't for no reason.

Sure it was the actor's decision to leave HOUSE (good luck in his new job, must be his second week now?!), but nevertheless the storyline could have been better!!

In answer to Kendra's question: Sometimes it sucks to be a loyal series junkie. Once I get stuck with a show, I have to know what happens next. Still, 90210 has to step it up. The acting, the storylines, the character depiction. Navid and Adrianna are the only reason the show is endurable. Annie needs to get killed or something.

Oh, i almost forgot. I hated how they killed off Elle and the only decent storyline they had in Heroes Season 3 with her and Sylar. What's the matter with the Heroes Staff?

Most deteriorated: Heroes? Season three was my favourite, sure it started off rocky, but the last half of it was superb! My bets would've been on Smallville, which has eight seasons to Heroes' three. Now THAT show has deteriorated!

god kendra ur so right, the dr pepper ad in every episode is so annoying. i adored 90210's season finale and it's the only show i cant wait to see back on the air, not my favourite(my favourite, true blood is already on the air), but the only decent cliffhanger ive seen

Oh my god... Poor Pushing Daisies... It was one of the few shows I'd ever cared enough about to watch every week. Le sigh. And Heroes should go away. Seriously.
